Cameron has over 20 years of financial markets experience with an emphasis on debt markets origination, new issue structuring and syndication. Cameron has been a leading figure in the origination of senior and mezzanine financing structures for domestic financial institutions and held senior capital markets positions for domestic banks including Bendigo Bank and leading broker dealer Grange Securities. He has been instrumental in building treasury businesses for the likes of Bendigo Bank and Rural Bank and established the capital markets platform for leading broker dealer Grange Securities which paved the way for its purchase by investment bank Lehman Brothers.

Most recently, Cameron held the position of Senior Vice President – Debt Capital Markets for global investment banks, Lehman Brothers and Nomura Securities.

Cameron has a degree in banking and finance from Monash University and post graduate qualifications in finance from SIA.

Simon is an experienced and successful banker with over 18 years experience in the Australian and global capital markets. His expertise has been in bond sales and origination, liability management and client derivative solutions. Much of his last couple of years has been spent developing and executing funding solutions for social infrastructure projects. His clients have ranged from governments, global banks and fund managers to corporates and wealthy family offices.

Simon has held senior roles at global investment banks in Melbourne and London, most recently as Senior Vice President, Risk Solutions Group, Lehman Brothers and Nomura Securities.

Simon has a Business degree in Banking and Finance from Monash Univerity.

Chris Black has over 13 years experience managing and structuring credit products for the buy side and the sell side both in the domestic market and internationally.  Most recently, Chris was a portfolio manager for the Challenger High Yield Fund in Melbourne. He was Senior Vice President for the Structured Credit Products Group at DBS in Singapore for 4 years where he ran North American and European credit trading and was Vice President of TD Securities' Structured Credit Products Group in Toronto for 7 years. He has traded, structured and repackaged all forms of credit products including bonds, asset swaps, credit derivatives, credit linked notes, collateralised debt obligations, asset backed securities and residential mortgage backed securities.

Chris has a post graduate honours degree in econometrics from Monash University

Rachel has 12 years experience in the finance and investment industry. Rachel has worked for retail, investment and commercial banks developing strong debt market origination and distribution knowledge. Rachel has worked for Westpac Institutional Bank in Melbourne and for West LB a German Landesbank, joining the Central Banks desk distributing financial market product to Central and Commercial Banks in central and eastern Europe. Returning to Australia, Rachel joined Grange Securities, working with a broad customer base matching their borrowing and investment requirements. Her most recent role was Vice President Sales for Lehman Brothers and Nomura Securities.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Law from Monash University and post graduate qualifications in banking and finance.
